Can you consciously make your life more joyful? Joy isn't always available. Sometimes all we can do is accept and be where we are. But when joy is possible, we may be able to foster it in various ways. For example, simply being with other humans will tend to help everyone feel better. Now what if some of those humans choose to smile? Opening a window shade to let the sun shine in might make a difference, as might adding the right music to a situation. And so on… Shall we dance?
