According to the Vedas, ancient Hindu texts from India, the world is made up of five elements: space, earth, water, fire and air or wind. We are all the same stuff, from human beings to lotus flowers and everything else. Nothing we see or hear (or are) stands alone; everything is a tentative expression of one seamless, ever-changing landscape.

This Sunday, DJ Herb offers a gaggle of groovy ditties designed to induce dancing... and inspire exploration of the nature of our world, ourselves, and nature itself!

Even in the age of the internet, it seems like humans are in some ways less connected than ever. The more we actively participate and invest in relationships and communities, the more we stand to benefit from these connections. The good news is: it’s not too late to get more connected! Activities like Soul Sanctuary strengthen our bodies, our communities, and our species. So come out and join the dance!
