​Life includes everything. That said, we have a choice about where we put our focus and how we choose to celebrate being alive. Last week brought a solar eclipse. Some chose to travel to see "the totality" as it passed across the U.S. This weekend brings negativity and the threat of danger to our neighborhood. More than ever, we need mindfulness about what we do and how we do it. While some people may choose to yell slogans of intolerance, Soul Sanctuary will be here, as always, to include everyone with acceptance, generosity, respect and support.
